I would like to thank [URL Removed] for their exceptional customer service. I had a crisis where my parcel was dispatched and there was no one at the delivery address. I called customer service and Aretha assisted me. She was able to track my parcel and change delivery address. I was shocked when my parcel was delivered with no delays. Thank you so much for your service. I wish customer service in South Africa was of your standard.
