What happened to replacing faulting electronics

To start off with what happened first, we got my daughter a Samsung Galaxy Tab for Christmas last year and yes I know we are nearly back there again. I just had enough of the staff just sending it back to Samsung again and waiting for months to get it back, the third and last time we gave it to the branch they forgot to send it in and after two weeks I collected it because we were going away and my daughter wanted it for the holidays. It should have been replaced the first time when we took it in because it was only two months old and because they sent it in to Samsung and with your policy of sending something in three times before you replace it came into effect. Now it does not even want to charge at all.
