It took me half an hour to return a rug! At 3 tills with three staff members ad various machines. Each time i was told that "the screen froze" when in fact the workers couldnt work out that a refund needed me to pay in for new items rather than get a voucher. Finally - heavily pregnant and now very annoyed as they had made me late for work - leaving school kids unatteneded- the cashier told me to "calm down" when i said this was in fact ridiculous. I am disgusted to be treated with such utter disrespect and at the level of sheer incompetence.
