A lady, I'm sure from head office phoned me regarding my account with mr price that is in arrears. I told her that I knew it is in arrears, and I arrange that I will make some payment by end of november, and on 15 december I will pay my whole account. She was rude, she kept on interrupting without giving me a chance to explain, and when I still wanted to talk she just said bye and drop the phone in my ear! That's not a way to treat a client!!!
