I always take my car to this branch and noticed the steady decline in service levels.
People are not attended to on a first come, first serve basis but rather on who you know and what you look like.
Moving onto the actual alignment and balancing, the 'mechanics' are always looking for a bribe and make up some nonsense that there is puncture or rim is damaged and they will fix and you can give them something on the side. This happens in front of managment/sales staff in the front who just ignore it. They do not take care of wheelcaps or rims and simply don't care that it is someone else's car. They tend to drag the work with no care for customers time. You have to ask them to do things which are their job
Surely a business shouldn't operate like this and I would like to make you aware so that something can be done to improve this.
