Whats Happening Woolies?

I have religiously purchased all my groceries from Woolies and am becoming more and more disappointed with their quality. The milk is going sour way before expiry and I purchased a Caesars salad today and the spinage was so badly wilted and soggy I removed it all from the salad. The fruit is often badly bruised and on a few occasions growing in the bottom of the packaging. Seriously considering using alternate shops... not good Woolies!
