PATHETIC customer service!!!

On 5 November we went to Grandiflora to purchase 28 Glass Bubbles. The assistant that helped was called Rosina. We went through the boxes that the glass bubbles came in to make sure that every box had one in. Rosina took a box from the shelf and said this one is empty and I told her to make sure it does not end up in my basket. When we got home I went through the boxes again and found the empty box that I told her to not put in the basket. They charged me for 28 glass bubbles and now I am stuck with 27.I immediately reported the incident and I was told if we went through the boxes together how is it possible that one is missing. I responded to the manager (Sharon) and told her what happened. She never replied to my email that I sent her 2 weeks ago. I would suggest they should concentrate on their customer service as it is appalling. I never want to do business with them. They do not worry about satisfying their customers and in this case the customer is in the wrong even though the assistant did not do her job properly.
