Not sure but it seems as if the air at Woolie at the waterfront in cosmetics is permanently out of order - its obviously not pleasant for shopping, I wonder how it affects the products in cosmetics and the poor sales people look sweaty. It always seems to be the case in summer as I remember it that way from last summer too. Is it broken?
