I bought 2 pairs of shoes and CATS sunglasses in January. The shoe sizes were incorrect, and I immediately notified Zando that I require them to be returned, and therefore just wanted a bigger size. I logged an email, as well as a call. 1 week later, I had still not received feedback. So I called the call centre again. The agent was" most friendly" did you read the T&C needless to say, several calls later, I have STILL not had the courtesy of a response. Worst of all it's for my husband's birthday and up until today he is still waiting for his present... due to bad service.
Well now, WHAT ON EARTH MUST I STILL DO TO GET A BIT OF SERVICE HERE AND FOR ZANDO TO HONOUR THEIR UNDERTAKING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS??? I am beyond fed up and I WILL take this as far as I have to, including reporting them to the consumer council if I do not have POSITIVE response and this is all sorted out by tomorrow. This is THE most appauling service, EVER!
