In the process of moving house my 4 month old babies cot was damaged! Outsaurance understood that my baby could not sleep on the floor and paid out the claim within 48hours. I walked into BABY CITY RETAIL CROSSING and loved the sleigh wooden cot. I asked to check if there is stock they told me to go pay and they will bring it to the front and load it into my car!
I PAID R3000 FOR THE COT after checking they realised AAAAAALLLLLL their stock was damaged. They had n other cots in store BUT REFUSED TO REFUND ME in order for me to purchase a cot elsewhere.
IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS head office claims to have refunded but NEDBANK is having issues releasing the payment.
BABY CITY HEADOFFICE does not seem to care that my 4 month old baby is still SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR!!!
This constitutes as as they have taken money without giving me a product - if this money is not in my account by 16th November 2013 I have no OPTION BUT TO TAKE LEGAL OPTIONS!!!
DISGUSTING ETHICS, BUSINESS PRACTICE AND GENERAL REGARD FOR THE LAW!!!
