Firstly my guess sunglasses that are not even 6 months old, are broken. on the 26th of October I took them back to galleria branch where I purchased them and spoke to a very friendly sales consultant who informed that the system with repairs etc has changed and I need to email logistics or call them and they will take it from there. on the 29th of October I sent an email but to this day have not heard anything. the next day I called the 0861 000 850 number and went through to repairs. I phoned numerous times and reached the voice mail which informed to me send an email. which I did.
this is really poor service, why change systems if you cant deal with them. I just want my sunglasses repaired so I can wear them, its summer and I have these expensive sunglasses that I love and I cant use them.
I just think this service is shocking.
