On Saturday afternoon i spend the day in strand and decided to get a couple of beers. I stopped at spar tops in the strand and saw that they advertise a special on castle lite 12 pack. when i wanted to get some there was a problem with stock so i asked the person who worked there for help. he did not know so i opted to speak to the manager. his response to help me when i asked for two six packs for the same price was that i will throw their stock count out and he refused to help. when i asked about the other beer prices they did not know because the price list was hanging behind a stack of beers. Monday morning i phoned spar head office to complain about there attitude and nothing was done. they said that they will get back to me the same day and still nothing (2 weeks later) talk about service---- there is nothing
