Sunday after leaving Shoprite disgusted i went to Checkers (1 of my favourite shops) i completed my shopping and decided to try out the EziCoupons here hoping that my experience would be better than Shoprite, unfortunately the poor cashier had also not been trained and the supervisor seemed impatient and walked away before he finished explaining the process. The cashier was embarrassed by the whole thing but still smiled. Why advertise something and not train your staff?
