Damaged good, Bad attitude and poor service

In the last week of August placed an order with Homechoice for Semmetry cookware set, a week later I received delivery and upon delivery i noticed that the pan from the set was broken. I reported the matter, sent the pan back via post and faxed as well as emailed them the proof of post as well as the tracking number for my parcel, It has been an uphill battle till today to get any form of a stable answer about when am I going to get back the pan that they sent me broken and it has been well over 2 months now, im so disgusted with the amount of time it takes them to follow, and they do not even follow up until you call them... I can never ever buy from homchoice ever again... very disappointed and in the last week I spoke to a lady by the name of Rochelle Frans and also Harafa Mlima both could not help me with my qiuery And still today I am told that it will take another two weeks to resolve my problem altough in the last 5 weeks I was told every week that it would take 5 days, so I believe they are service providers
