ACE cleaners were asked to do a thorough clean (walls, light fittings, carpets and windows), of an empty house. They (3 ladies and 2 men) arrived an hour late. At midday I called to inform that the team is not going to finish at 5. I was told the 2 men should arrive after they finish at some other job, and that should speed it up. I kept asking whether they are cleaning everywhere. They told me that they were. Late afternoon the 2 men returned to help. The team left well after 7. I paid as agreed with their manager. The day after I called and asked Tanya (manager/owner) to come look at the terrible job herself. She declined, but will send her team again Monday. They never returned on the Monday. I called again on the Friday to find out whats happening. A colleague informed me that Tanya wasn't in office all week because her father is ill in hospital. She will leave her a message to call me on Monday. She never called, I called again on the Thursday, spoke to Tanya and she says I never phoned to complain. She is not willing to compensate at all. She raised her voice immediately and didn't hear me out at all. It was the worst service I have ever experienced.
