We sent our SAMSUNG TV for a repair work on 6 October, and a month later, we still haven't got an answer as when we can get our TV back. I have been calling Woodmead Service Department a number of times, finally got ONE call back after i filed a complaint on their website, saying they are waiting for Head office's decision, and not sure when are they going to get an answer.
When we sent our TV in, it was said we could get it back in two weeks. Now, we have been without a TV for more than a month, very very disappointed with Hi-Fi Corporation's service.
