We bought a 4 piece dining room suite on 15 June 2013 cash. Beginning of September I contacted Price & pride to complain. A Week later I did not have any feedback as yet and went to the shop my self to lay complaint. Every time I had to phone and the 2 x 2 seaters were evetually delivered after 4 weeks on 3.11.2013. Monday 4 Nov 2013 I discovered that the seaters were different in colour that the 2 one seaters I had. I personally went to the shop 5 Nov 2013 and was told they did not have the same colour and will deliver the 2 x 1 seaters the next day. I refused as they were not honest from the beginning. The sevice at Price 'n Pride E/river was shocking from the start when I went in there to buy the suite. Firstly they promised delivery will be done Tuesday 18.6.2013 at 16h00. Luckily my husband went to the shop that Tuesday afternoon only to hear the delivery will only take place Thursday 20.6.2013 without any notification. I went to the shop and inssited on my money back, but the shop did not have enough funds to refund and said they will deliver the very next morning. They were not honest so I want to cancel the deal and wants a refund.
