I experienced bad behaviour at the same mentioned branch on several occasion. I will go direct to the point: The store plays loud gospel music and the staff becomes uncooperative and distracted when asking for an assistance. I am a church goer and that should not be misinterpreted otherwise, but can we shop harmoniously than this loud Sunday music in a store?
secondly, despite efforts to call the manager's intervention, the following conduct still persists:
The store closes before time. Before the advertised hours of shopping, security has been seen pushing customers outside, denying them access from 19H40-19H45. It has became a habit. when asked the reply will be" our transport are leaving us! I am in possession of some of the picture depicting a security guys blocking access to an entrance during shopping hours which I am a victim too. The order is from the management. I tried to fight these behaviour but it happens often. To how many clients? Please help. We are being laughed while waiting outside pleading with security personnel to gain entry, by the staff members. The incidents often happen in the presence of the manageresses.
