A few years ago I wrote an email to Game to tell them to stop dumping waste paper with their company identification on it (a.k.a. paper adverts) on my gate / fence / driveway / garden / etc. They stopped for a while, & then the litter returned.
I tolerated it for a while but recently it became too much, so I replied-to-all on the correspondence from a few years ago (they very likely did not expect me to retain that!) to tell them that the requirement for no spam remains in force & the Consumer Protection Act compels them to obey it.
That was nearly two weeks ago. All I received was an autoreply stating that one of the two recipients is away & will be back on 06Nov2013. Neither of the recipients has bothered to reply to my email to apologise & commit to no further litter!
It is VERY obvious that Game has zero interest in their customers. All they want is our money. I can only imagine their response to any complaints regarding vrot food, broken things, etc. With this approach to their customers, & with the continual shoddy service I've received in the shop in the past, I strongly recommend to avoid them like a plague.
Same for Dion wired, BTW. It's all the same company.
