I used to be a customer of Paradigm until I became fed up with their really poor service and lack of any real knowledge in their field. I stopped using them around 3 or 4 years ago, and to this date they keep sending me spam mail. I have asked many times for them to stop, and the answer is always the same "we're very sorry we will never contact you again". A week or so later and there comes more spam from them! This company just cannot seem to do anything real with requests, be it from existing or past customers. This is a last ditch attempt to have my PERSONAL details removed from their system once and for all. I will NEVER be a customer of them again, and would strongly recommend anyone thinking of doing so to look around. There are many more companies offering the same services for cheaper and with much better service - which is very important with web hosting.
