Does Pampers not respond to complaints? I complained via Hello Peter the 02/10/2013 and still no response.
Its becoming increasingly irritating and expensive with each pack of pampers i use there are always around 3 nappies i have to discard as the strap comes off. Is the quality no longer the same, should i look at other brands?
