I have paid my acc up and suddenly receive a statment that I have to pay R521 as I have been to springs branch in 2012 and ask to cansell club and funeral and has never been done. I paid it up in some time June I have send several emails to cansell .call centre keep on calling for collection and have been told to go to Nigel as I did I don't have time to go around and nothing I don't ow edgars and I didin make any purchars on this acc as it was paid up. I'm sick of storys
