This is the second report regarding the same order. It seems I changed my complaint to a smile prematurely. All sorts of measures were taken to get things back on track. Yet every time I log in to check the progress, the delivery date moves further ahead.
As usual, when you call the call centre, there is no one to escalate to. Therefore my only option is to post here to get Kerri to investigate. Buying from kalahari is a joke really, and when the item finally arrives, It is going to bring bad memories everytime we look at the item.
