On 7/01/2013 i wrote an email to electric express, requesting to make an arrangement to pay R800 instead of R1392 due to my financial constraints, my husband being unemployed my email was aknowledged and permission was granted until my financial status improved. I've been paying R800 each month, never defaulted but everymonth i am getting sms, phone calls threatining my account to be handed over attorneys and credit bureau meanwhile i've never skipped a payment. i've even written to NCR for their intervention but to date i'm still harassed as if i do not want to pay or made any arrangement with Electric Express. When i was paying R1392 before my arrangement, my account was up to date and never even for once was in arrears but all that does not count, all their consultants are rude and dont even want to listen to any of my explanations. if i knew i will be treated in this manner, i would have never taken any loan from them they are even worse than loan.
