Shocking bad service from Coricraft
Reading through all the complaints its clear Coricraft DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS! All the issues the people had with stock etc. I'm really extremely disappointed that your stores supply such poor and bad service. We would expect this from a retailer like Hyperama etc. Not a EXPENSIVE store like yours. Your staff at Centurion clearly need to understand that there is a thing they call CUSTOMER SERVICE ooo and with a smile please. Your staff is rude and arrogant. Not on their job and a client have to wait so long to get service. And then the sales person "Conrad Gouws" seems to be so arrogant. I'm spending MY money at your store. I was told that my order MIGHT be on the truck. Truck arrived yesterday with small tables and not mine I ordered. HOW can your guys not do 1 simple instruction to load a order on a truck? Is it so much work? My ref no: G62634. I have to wait another week for a order I already paid 50% for. And Conrad told me with his arrogant voice it MIGHT be on the truck next time???? Are you guys not linked on 1 system?? I am extremely disappointed with your store and I will NOT SUPPORT your products or store ever again!!!!!!
