Still the useless smart shoppe

On 29 December I went in to redeem my birthday point only to see there was nothing on the instore terminal. After backwards and forwards, talking to manager, another vonsultant who thought I was doing it wrong (must be very dofficult tooperate) we all reached the same conclusion. It wasnt there. The store manager called the call centre and they said it was a problem with the "back end" and they would get back to me. Nothing to date!
I then went and checked my multiplier points on discovery vitality top see I have 4464 on a spend of in excess of R100k on my discovery card.
Just how reliable is the integration of your IT systems or as they say in afrikaans "Is hierdie net 'n groot foefie" Please send me a reference number so I can report this to the counsumer council as I was promised a 5x multiplier for integrating certain products and all I see is badly run IT technology.
