Last week the 29.10.2013 I phoned the TFG group because I got a letter to say that my limit can be increased, when I finally got thru the man I spoke to on the phone said that the letter I got expired, I need to fill in a Credit Evaluation Form if I want to apply for an increase on my account. On the same day at 02.55pm I e-mailed the letter back to [Email Removed] they said it will take about 24-48hrs to approve ect. So on the 31st I phoned again to ask if there is any news because i have not heard anything yet, so they said now I must fax thru my form, so I faxed thru my form, and today 5.11.2013 when I phoned no they have not received it, I must send it again. I cant believe that the customer has to in the 1st place wait this long to increase my limit after they already said i Qualify, then they did not receive my form. What service is this I am getting? If this is not resolved I rather just pay up my account and close it.
