We are very proud and thankful of Pick 'n Pay Big Bay that delivers excellent service; they truelly walk the extra mile. The staff are eager to assist and professional. In the unlikely case where there are limited/ no stock, someone will call you back and inform you (and even DELIVER free of charge) the newly arrived stock.
AND the most respected and sincerest things that PnP Big Bay are responsible for, are the fact that their prices on the shelf (this includes specials) equals to the prices at the till (when payment is made). I want to say thank you for this, as this can not easily be said about other supermarkets in South Africa (personal experience).
