I recently saw an ad in the Habitat magazine, and as we are soon to move into our new house I was keen to take up the product/ package being advertised with much excitement. Having gone into the store to only realise that the item I was interested in, was no longer available. I then managed to get in contact with one of the buyers after many phone calls and internet searches by the name of Glen Du Toit.
Glen listened to the issue and advised that he will assist.
Glen was true to his word. His feedback and communication to me was excellent. He went further to source and design a system that would suit my needs and new place. It is great to see a Retailer providing outstanding exceptional service. Your intent was on customer service not quoting the terms and conditions of your ad. You went the extra mile with a good attitude and hence my loyalty certainly now with Hi Fi Corporation.
