My boyfriend wanted more information regarding a ring and whether they could modify the ring. To date the Eastgate branch has failed to let him know. In the interim I contacted American Swiss on their website with the same query and to date I have received no response. Today I tried to phone their Consumer Query Line and the phone was not answered. Do these people even want business???
