No delivery of goods ordered a year ago no refund

I ordered goods / stock over a year ago and still waiting on it. After requesting my refund back for the past three months I still haven't received it. Over R11000 worth of perfume they claimed would take 15 working days to be delivered. Every time I contact them I get the same thing... that the request for the refund was sent to the accounts department and then nothing happens. the emails were sent to the director but not one word back. Almost year going on two is a of a long time to wait for a confirmed order.
