I have had an allergic reaction on three occassions after eating one of Fatimas Frozen Food products and have found the quality of another product not up to standard.
On the 20 September 2013, I went onto Fatimas website and picked up two email addresses. I sent an email stating my complaint which did not deliver but came back stating "mail delivery failed permanently".
My second email requesting the correct email address was delivered. I supplied my contact details on it and have not yet received a response from Fatimas Frozen Foods.
I have not contacted them telephonically; everyone know what to make a call from a cell phone and wait to be transfered to the correct person.
Why is it when the suppliers back pockets gets nice and fat; the quality of their products and service to their customers gets poorer?
Why is the information on the label incomplete. It is very important to state what type of preservatives are used on food products... unless you want to kill the people that make you rich.
