I am extremely disappointed by the customer service received at the Kya Sands branch. I ordered a white mariska bed and was told to expect delivery in four weeks from 26 September. This is the fifth week now. Your lead times are very poor and I was never once contacted by the sales person with an update, I had to follow up with the store over 5 times.
This has definitely discouraged me from buying any furniture from your stores again.
