I got a bed from dial-a-bed, and then had to claim from the warranty is to get a new mattress as the one I have is not stable or comfortable. The call centre or factory phone everyday to get the warranty fee and they kept on changing the fee I needed to pay. Once I had paid I hear nothing back, only when i contact them. I have to wait 14 days until I get the new mattress, yet all they can say is it has been ordered and they will contact me. Customer service and communication within the company really needs to improve. I have spoken to other people and they have all had some type of customer service related issue.
