I went to get my repeat script filled at Medi rite checkers in carnivall mall. I always got great service there, but this time i was extremely furious when i left. I started talking to the o.n duty pharmasist and it came to the point where we talked about my medical aid. I know how my medical aid plan works and he had the audacity to belittle me and tell me hes part of discovery and theres no such thing (the subject we were discussing). Did not mattter how many times i politely tried to explain that this certain medical aids payment has changed from the start of this year. He belitt.ed me, was rude, made me feel as if im just someone who thinks they know mean time i DO know coz ive phoned my medical aid and they explained it to me. The thing is how dare he tallk down to me, just coz hes a pharmasist does NOT mean he knows it all. He should do his work properly and research before arguing with a valued and loyal custemor. Please have this sorted out. thank u Liz
