I bought a Lazerwood product via Citymob recently and commend Citymob for the excellent and efficient service. The order was placed on 5 July 2013; I received confirmation via email immediately which stipulated that delivery would take place between 15 and 22 July 2013. Delivery took place on 16 July 2013. What was most impressive was the constant feedback from Citymob on the status of the order and what would happen next. Even the courier handling the delivery was efficient.
