I phone the store yesterday to enquire about the progress of my cellphone. I asked the person who answered the phone to be transferred to the cellphone department, the lady said to hold on but she put the receiver on the desk. I waited for 8 minutes and nobody came to the phone. I decided to phone back, I've tried 6 times to phone in case she forgot about me but the line was engaged, I have had a telephone list printed of the times I've tried to get through to the number. I then phone customer services for an alternative number and the lady said they have only the one number listed. The reason why I am lodging this complaint is because its the second time during this week that I have received poor service. The first time I did bring it to the branch managerss attention. I feel the staff at Foschini Sanlam Centre Parow really needs training as to how to deal with customers.
