I bought a lounge suite from them in August 2012 put in a complaint regarding the quality of the product which was hardly used but you could feel the wood used to build the suite right through the low quality foam. We are talking about 6 or 7 months down the line. First they said I could exchange it for any thing to the same value but once I got to the store the story changed, I have to reapply for credit and hand in new paper work to them first. And now apparently stock that was suppose to come in in September this year they are still waiting for, I am still paying my account every month but after phoning call centres and the store it self I am now getting a bit inpatient with their passing the buck all the time and saying they are waiting for stock. Now I think the best is for them to pass a credit to me and come and collect their peace of so I can go buy a new lounge suite at a store that give's a dam about their client services
