OMO false advertising

My mother-in-law purchased OMO for me as there was a guaranteed reward which you received that she wanted me to use. Needless to say this 'reward' has never surfaced! I received feedback for the first 3 days after I sent in my rewards info etc and then nothing! Useless and shocking service coupled with false-leading advertising has annoyed and frustrated me to no end! I spent numerous time at work on the phone to different call centre operators all for nothing! I will never use this product again due to the lack of service and genuine care for the clients!
