It is not often we get to write about amazing service in south africa. Luckily this is such a time. Over the past few months we have dealt with Shane at the Mall at reds branch in Centurion. Each time it has been amazing service. The one time with him driving all the way to the east to get an item his shop did not have stock of so that I could have it by close of day that day.
A week ago we were trying to track down a special Toggogen Snow jacket that Kway had stopped manufacturing and was waiting for the new version to come out. We contacted the Head office to try and see if they may be able to track down a 13-14 year old size. After speaking to Felicity (who was so friendly) she stated she had tracked one down and would just confirm with the Cape town store if they still had. She emailed and phoned us back shortly after that to say that they had it and that she had already booked it out and that it would be shipped to Shane at Mall at reds store.
But the story didnt end there, Felicity contacted us back to give us an update on the shipment adn the tracking information so we were kept in the loop as to when it arrived.
A week latter the Jacket has arrived as promised.
