CLOSE ACCOUNT

Good Morning

I have called Truworth Head office requesting that my account be closed as its fully paid up, i asked that my ITC profile be updated to reflect that the account is fully paid up and closed but that still has not been done.

I have checked my Transunion, Experian and XDS and it has not been updated. Can you please sort this out
immediately. Thanks
