I took a Cheetah jersey to this branch on 21/10/2013 to exchange from XL to XXL. The gentleman told me I must pay a fee of R30 if they get it from another branch. I told him I am willing to wait until they get stock again, but he insisted that the money must be paid. Now how on earth is such a policy possible? What about customer service and the NCA? (I already paid R800 for the jersey and drove from Parys to Potchefstroom)
