I bought and paid for a soccer jersey online on Monday night.
As I needed the jersey as soon as possible, I paid for the Express shipping (2-3 days).
On Thursday afternoon, I phoned the shop and asked a man the status of my order.
He said he will phone me back, but after waiting for more than an hour, I received no response.
I had to phone again, and a different man said he will check the status and phone me back. Again, no response.
For the third time, I phoned, and this time I was told the jersey I ordered was out of stock.
There were no apologies.
What a joke!
I wasted my time and money.
