We have now experienced NO SERVICE at the Game Store in Highveld Mall, Witbank, for the second time. Staff lounge around in the aisles and Managers parade around in front appearing to be "busy". We brushed it off the first time... I suggest the Head Office look into this and do something about it. Why have staff if they don't offer any service to your customers?
