I bought a 55" JVC 3D TV through Jackie from Constantia Checkers Hyper. She made sure I take insurance or cover for the TV in case anything should happen. 2 months into receiving the TV I realize that there are some issues with it. I call Checkers Hyper repairs, they give me the run around, on I should bring in the 55' TV in my sedan from Centurion to Roodeport to which I told her it wont fit, over and above that, I couldn't speak to someone technical or get confirmation of window period if its taken in. I then contact Nu-World who easily come and pick TV and advise I'll get back in 24hours which Checkers couldn't do which would be mind boggling to any common sense. They then advise that I get a replacement from Checkers and all the paper work in the background only for Pinky to start give me he run around on she needs to check stock which takes days, after that she then says the particluar brand I bought has been phased out less than 3months after I bought, so now I need to drive all the way from Centurion in the year 2013 and bring again my payslip, bank statements, proof of residence, ID and sign a new contract for a more expensive model only 3months after I bought this TV
