I was shopping at Mr Price Home Gateway on 20/10/2013. I bought items to the value of R1000. I forgot to carry my Mr Price card, although I did have my ID book. I did explain to the teller that I do have an account but forgot to bring my card and I do have my ID book present can I purchase using that, she blatantly replied NO. so I asked if I can see the Manager, she said No but I could speak to the Supervisor. When the Supervisor gets to me, I explained the situation, and asks me "what did the teller say? " So I said the teller said No, she then says ok its a No then. What sort of service is this???
