Did not consent to being a custome

Good day,

I got an sms the other day - thanking me for becoming a Homechoice customer and dismissed it as a mistake. A couple of days later, I got a catalogue in the mail.

I need someone to explain to me how you got my address? Who gave you the right to send me this promotional material? I want my name removed from your database as well as explain to me how you got access to my personal details so I can raise this up with that person as well.

It's obvious that you have not read up on the new POPI act that will be passed in parliament soon.
