I purchased a pre packed meal from Woolworth's (BBQ chicken fillets 2go) and bit into a bone and almost broke my tooth, I immediately reported the incident to customer services, only to find Meagan Hildabrand wanting the bar code and all sorts, I gave her this and she informed me that she will contact me once she has heard form her supplier. No other contact was made. 11 days after the incident Meagan emails me again only this time she wants the BONE!!! She will send someone to collect it. Woolworth's has not once apologised for this incident. So very disappointed in Woolworth's!!!
