A Pick n Pay delivery vehicle was parked in the middle of Hiddingh Avenue Gardens. No cars were able to get past for a significant period of time, despite hooting and speaking to the driver the vehicle refused to move and continued to load empty crates. The vehicle was not unload foodstuffs. Staff were rude and did not care that they were blocking traffic. Photographs are available. The vehicle number was 3774 number plate CF 197-075. This is not acceptable.
