Last night as I approached a two-lane merger into one lane over the N17 between Elsburg and Elspark, I noticed a Cub vehicle trying to overtake my vehicle on the left-hand side as I entered the road merger and force me into the oncoming traffic lane (luckily with no oncoming vehicles). I tried to hoot at the Cub vehicle but without no avail, instead he started hooting back at me and continued to do so up until the road became two lanes again. The driver of the vehicle then slammed on breaks almost coming to a complete stop in front of me and when I tried to overtake him to either the left or right he would just cut me of and eventually drove right in the middle of the stripes dividing the two lanes still slamming on breaks. As we approached the first set to traffic lights he moved into the right lane and casually wound down his window making remarks towards me accompanied by some form of sign language and then waved a friendly good by as he pulled of. As if it was not enough he then pulled in behind my placed his lights on bright and once again nearly pushed me of the road.
I contacted the Call centre that promised to contact me-NOTHING CAME from the Promise.
